We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The balance is due on completion. 12 – 14 weeks after your event. Transport costs are calculated after 100km. Media Chameleon reserves the right to use excerpts from your event for advertising purposes. The final production master remains the property of Media Chameleon until final payment has been made. Failure to make payment on completion will result in additional archiving costs which will be due before handover.

We are certified commercial drone pilots if weather permits we will include drone footage in all our packages

Please ensure the crew filming your event are fully catered for. If this is not possible please advise us in advance. If your event is before 9am or after 9pm accommodation will be required if the location is more than 100 km from Karrinyup, Perth WA. Please advise if you would like us to make this booking on your behalf?

The selected package dictates the amount of coverage your event receives. Please ensure that the formalities fall within this time frame. Extra hours will be charged for and may be decided on the day.

Destination events will be tailored to clients needs.
